Students from Abraham Darby Academy were shown around the Houses of Parliament in a tour and met with Telford's MP Lucy Allan.
The students visited the Palace of Westminster and were given a talk by Lucy Allan about the work she does as an MP and how what Parliament does affects their lives in Telford.
Lucy Allan MP said: “It was great to welcome Abraham Darby Academy to Westminster for them to see the workings of Parliament.
“The students were really engaged and it was an honour to welcome them in my role as Telford’s MP.
“We discussed how MPs are the voice of their constituents in Parliament and the impact that the work of Parliament has on their lives.
“I want to encourage Telford schools to come to Parliament so students can see for themselves what goes on."
