Telford’s MP, Lucy Allan, has called for residents to show their support for Telford’s Town Park by voting online for the park to win the Fields In Trust Best Park award.
With voting closing in a little over a week’s time at 5pm on the 25th November there is still plenty of time left for residents to show their support and see Telford’s fantastic town park lift this prestigious national award.
Supporting Telford’s Nomination, Lucy Allan MP said: “I urge everyone in Telford to go online and vote for our Town Park. We all know how wonderful the park is with its mix of play areas, gardens, open space, woodland, pools and of course the wildlife that we share it with.
“Telford’s Town Park is a major attraction for the town and it is only right that it receives the national recognition we all know it deserves.”
You can register your support for the Town Park by visiting http://fieldsintrust.org/bestpark/nominations, finding Telford and clicking ‘vote’. Voting takes less than a minute.
