Telford has had dramatic fall in youth unemployment and will he join me in congratulating in Telford businesses, colleges and the many people who have helped youngsters get the first step on their career ladder?”

To which the Minister replied: “Firstly I’m pleased to see she is wearing the apprenticeship badge today to mark this important week. I do recall fondly a number of the visits to Telford and some of the visits we had with local businesses. I will warmly join her in congratulating those local businesses, colleges, the training providers in the work that they’ve done to boost apprenticeships up 120% over 5 years in her constituency.
