Lucy is fighting for the new, state-of-the-art critical care unit to come to Telford.
Lucy says that putting the new Critical Care Unit on the same site as the new Women and Children;s Unit wouldmake the Princess Royal into a 'Super Hospital.'
Lucy said: "I back plans for the new unit, as it will deliver the best possible emergency care.
"Following on the heels of the £28million Women and Children's Unit at the Princess Royal Hospital, it makes sense that the two units should be on the same site.
"Telford has the greatest health need and fastest growing population. I urge everyone to work together to make sure the new unit comes to Telford.
"Telford is the biggest town in Shropshire. We need to put Telford first. Telford's healthcare needs are a top priority in order to secure Telford's future."
